New Beginnings UMC will host the lawn party at the July 12th band concert. We are going to keep it simple and tasty with hamburgers, cheeseburgers, hot dogs, assorted chips, soda, and coffee. We are also planning a bake table.
For those that would like to help out, we are requesting cash donations for the meat and rolls. Rick Oakley will purchase these items the day of the Band Concert. We are also asking for donations of Market Basket brand soda, in 12oz cans. These items will be on the sign-up list in the churches lobby (a.k.a. Narthex)
Setup starts at 5 pm. We will need to move tables, chairs, grills, and coolers. Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.
